• We do not guarantee specific earnings, and past performance does not indicate future results.
2.2 Service Availability
• We strive to provide uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.
• Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. However if you have an active "Cloud Mining Hash Power" you will continue to receive your Bitcoin returns until the end of your active package.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. By doing so, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Maintain account security and not share login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
• To comply with the legal authorities in some cases we may ask you to verify your identity to combat money laundering, terrorism financing, and other financial crimes.

4. Payments & Transactions

• Some features may require purchases via the App Store or Google Play Store.
• All transactions are final, and we do not offer refunds unless required by law.

5. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:

❌ Distribute malware, spam, or offensive content.
❌ Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades our services.
❌Access, use, or attempted to access or use, our Services directly or indirectly with (1) jurisdictions SHA256 Mining has deemed high risk, including but not limited to, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea region or (2) persons SHA256 Mining has deemed high risk, including but not limited to, individuals or entities named as a restricted person or party on any list maintained by the United States of America., United Kingdom, European Union or United Nations, including the sanctions lists maintained by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control or the Denied Persons List or Entity List maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Violating these rules may result in account suspension or permanent banning.

• You may not copy, distribute, or modify our intellectual property without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
